Raymond Zayas forma parte de la Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal MI en Rochester, NY, donde es tesorero y miembro de la junta oficial. Participa activamente en la enseñanza y la predicación de su congregación, impartiendo regularmente cursos de Nuevo Testamento y Antiguo Testamento, entre otras materias, y se le confía regularmente la predicación dominical en ausencia del pastor. Dentro de una congregación principalmente hispanohablante, dirige un estudio bíblico en inglés que amplía el acceso a la formación bíblica para miembros cuya lengua principal o preferida es el inglés.
Cuenta con una Maestría en Estudios Teológicos de Northeastern Seminary, obtenida en 2022, y una Maestría en Administración de Empresas (MBA) de Rochester Institute of Technology, que completó en 2020. Completó su bachillerato en Roberts Wesleyan University en 2015. Profesionalmente, trabaja en Greater Rochester Enterprise en el área de desarrollo económico, apoyando la expansión empresarial y el crecimiento estratégico en la región de Greater Rochester, Nueva York. Disfruta servir a la iglesia local y a la comunidad junto a su esposa, Magdaliz, y es un apasionado fanático del fútbol y del Arsenal.
Raymond Zayas is a member of the Church of God Pentecostal MI in Rochester, NY, where he serves as treasurer and a member of the official board. He is actively involved in teaching and preaching within his congregation, regularly conducting courses on the New Testament and Old Testament, among other subjects, and is frequently entrusted with Sunday preaching in the pastor's absence. Within a predominantly Spanish-speaking congregation, he leads an English-language Bible study that enhances access to biblical education for members whose primary or preferred language is English.
He holds a Master’s degree in Theological Studies from Northeastern Seminary, obtained in 2022, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which he completed in 2020. He earned his bachelor's degree from Roberts Wesleyan University in 2015. Professionally, he works at Greater Rochester Enterprise in the field of economic development, supporting business expansion and strategic growth in the Greater Rochester region of New York. He enjoys serving the local church and community alongside his wife, Magdaliz, and is an avid soccer fan and supporter of Arsenal.
