New Student Orientation

This orientation will take between 8-12 hours in total but does not need to be completed in one session. This time includes a 4 hour personal spiritual retreat that should be completed within two weeks of starting your classes.

The purpose of this module is to introduce you to the various departments on campus and to help you complete your paperwork necessary for starting classes.

Technology

The purpose of this module is to introduce you to the technology required to complete your classes.

Technology Module

After completing this Technology Module, you will be able to:

  • Review the importance of LEARNING IN COMMUNITY as the foundation of seminary education
  • Complete the setup of your google student account from the New Student Orientation Guide
  • Locate your online classes and login using your student email and password

Module 3

Spiritual Formation

The purpose of this module is to introduce you to the practice of spiritual formation through a personal retreat so that you can hear the voice of God more clearly during your seminary journey.

Watch the video to hear a message from Dr. Josef Sykora about how to experience the personal retreat prior to starting seminary. We think you will enjoy this time alone with God in silence and solitude.
