Dr. Sparkman is an associate professor in the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology. Dr. Sparkman has authored numerous scholarly articles in the subject areas of management, business, and human resource development. He most recently served as contributing author of “Strategies for Attracting, Maintaining, and Balancing a Mature Workforce” (IGI Global, 2019).
