Doug Milne has been working in youth ministry for almost 18 years. He has served on staff in six churches in New York, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Doug is an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene and currently works as the youth pastor at Grace Church of the Nazarene in Rochester, N.Y. In addition to his ministerial work, Doug is an adjunct professor of religion at Roberts Wesleyan College and a Ph.D. student in theology and ministry studies at McMaster Divinity College in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Doug is a camp, retreat, and seminar speaker. Prior to earning his M.Div. in 2010 at Northeastern Seminary he earned a B.A. in history and an M.Ed. in instructional/program development. Doug and his wife, Kristen, are the proud "parents" of four cats.


Kathy Elliott has counseled hundreds of individuals, couples and family members since founding Agape Counseling Associates 35 years ago. She continues to provide counseling as well as be called upon to speak and offer workshops across our region. She and her husband, Bob, have three adult children and four grandchildren. She has a B.A. in English from Roberts Wesleyan College, an M.S. in English and an M.S. in Counseling from The College at Brockport.



Jonathan Sigmon is a youth pastor in Chili, N.Y. who loves seeing students develop their unique giftings for Christ. He is extremely passionate about the Gospel and raising up student leaders.
