For each person who is considering seminary there is a unique set of circumstances that come to bear in the financial aid process. And even though Northeastern Seminary works to keep costs down for its students while not sacrificing any aspect of the experience, we know that when you are in ministry finances can still be a significant factor.

Tuition and Fees

2018-19 Cost per Credit Hour: $534

Total Program Cost: $20,724

  • 36 credits
  • $500/Yr Student Fee (includes processing and graduation fees, network access, and administrative support)

Total tuition & fees assume full-time enrollment. Costs for books are not included.

Doctor of Ministry Scholarships

Northeastern Seminary Scholarship (25 percent)

25 percent reduction in tuition based on financial need of the student as determined by Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) eligibility.

Presidential Scholarship (50 percent)

50 percent reduction in tuition, based on evidence of academic strength in previous work and potential for contribution to ministry development.

Recipients must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 to retain the scholarship.

If a student qualifies for more than one level of scholarship, the single highest level will be awarded.
