THINGS TO DO BEFORE COMMENCEMENT
Cap, Gown, and Ticket Pick-Up
Caps, gowns and reserved tickets will be available for
pick-up between May 11-15 in the Academic Services Office,
Roberts Hall 306, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. If you need to make arrangements
for another time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

All graduates are expected to participate in the
Commencement ceremony. If extenuating circumstances prevent your
participation, it is important that you contact the Dean, Dr. Doug
Cullum, by April 1 with a request to graduate in absentia-email email@example.com.
Tickets are required for each guest attending the
Commencement reception following the ceremony.
Graduates will be provided with 2 free tickets for him
or herself and a guest. Additional tickets are available for $5.00
per ticket. Please indicate the number of additional
reception tickets needed in the Graduate Questionnaire and return
it to Academic Services no later than Tuesday, March
31. Tickets may be picked up in Roberts Hall 306 from May
11-15, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. For additional tickets please contact Faith
