Doctor of Ministry Application Checklist

A completed application includes your NES application, three recommendations, official transcripts from every college you have attended, a ministry experience paper, and theological paper.

• Letters of recommendation (must be filled out by three different people, none of whom are family members). Please have your recommenders fill out our form after you print and sign the top portion of each form.
• Official transcripts from every college attended
• Application Essays - D.Min

Once the admissions office has received all the components of your completed application, your file will go to the faculty admissions committee for review. The D.Min. application deadline is March 15. Please call JP Anderson, admissions counselor, at 585.594.6832 with any questions about the application process.

Once you are accepted into Northeastern Seminary, you will be notified and asked to submit the following:

• $350.00 matriculation deposit (applied directly toward your tuition)
• A completed Federal Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The NES school code is G34194.
